This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It describes what the site actually does — nothing more.

What this website collects

Nothing is stored by the website itself. The enquiry form on the homepage and the contact page does not send anything to our server: when you press the button, your answers are written into a WhatsApp message and WhatsApp opens, so you can read and edit the message before you choose to send it.

When you message us

If you send us a WhatsApp message or an email, we receive what you choose to include — usually your name, your area, the item to be cleaned and a photo. We use it only to give you an estimate, arrange the visit and do the job.

WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp and Meta under their own privacy terms, not ours.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session tracking and no visitor profiling of any kind.

Third parties your browser contacts

None while you browse: our typefaces, images and scripts are all served from this website. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs.

How long we keep it

Messages stay in our WhatsApp chat or mailbox for as long as they are useful for your booking — while we are giving an estimate, carrying out the cleaning, or answering questions about work we have done.

Asking us to delete it

Email info@upholsterycleaning.ae or message us on WhatsApp and ask us to delete your messages. We will delete them and confirm.
